To meet the bundling needs for trays loaded with IC chips, memory cards, and similar components, Qiyao has introduced a specialized IC tray bundling machine. The equipment completes one bundling operation in 1.9 seconds per row, with adjustable tension settings from 1 to 9 (firm yet non-damaging to trays). It supports the use of anti-static straps and, when paired with custom positioning fixtures, effectively resolves industry pain points such as "misaligned or loose bundling." Additionally, an optional smoke extraction device is available to adapt to smoke-free cleanrooms.
