The QYGZ-1250 * 500 plastic steel strapping machine adopts a non powered drum table: the sealed large cardboard box is pushed along the drum (or directly connected to the customer line) and sent to the strapping station. After induction triggering, the machine automatically completes the feeding, tightening, hot melt bonding, and cutting of the tape - using PET plastic steel tape, which has high strength, toughness and does not break, and can also hold heavy and large boxes; The bundling strength can be adjusted from 1 to 9 levels, and the hot stamping head is kept at a constant temperature. It will not damage the surface of the box when tightened and will not loosen the box when loosened.

The workflow is as follows: spare parts packing and sealing → large cardboard boxes are sent to the bundling station (roller table push/line docking) → induction trigger (or foot pedal start) → automatic belt feeding, wrapping, tightening, hot melt bonding, cutting → one or more layers are made as needed → packaging counting → sent out for palletizing and loading.
