1、 Industry background and pain points

After sealing the cardboard box, if you want to make a cross, you cannot do a single action - turn the box 90 degrees and then tie it in another direction. In this round, most factories still rely on manual labor: boxes need to be moved down from the line, dropped, tied up again, and put back in again, with an additional two times for each cross shaped box; As soon as the line goes fast, turning becomes a bottleneck for the entire assembly line. The 90 degree rotating power drum bundling conveyor line also hands over the "steering" to the machine: after bundling the boxes in one direction, they enter the rotating section, where the cylinder lifts and automatically rotates 90 degrees, and then continues bundling in the other direction without the need for people to touch the boxes; Next, there will be a weighing machine and a palletizing robotic arm, with no one present throughout the entire process from box sealing to palletizing.

2、 Scheme composition and workflow

This plan consists of QYGZ-850 * 600 servo automatic strapping machine C model (power drum), power conveyor line, and rotating 90 degree power conveyor line: the conveyor line has a worktable width of 1000mm, a drum diameter of 50mm stainless steel, and the box is automatically driven in and out by the power drum, without the need for human pushing. The rear of the machine is equipped with a rotating section - after the box enters this area, the cylinder lifts and rotates 90 degrees, and then a vertical belt is applied to form the cross shape in one go.

The workflow is as follows: after sealing the box, the cardboard box is put online → the power roller line is sent to the bundling station → induction triggering, automatic bundling (direction) → the box enters the rotating section → the cylinder lifts and rotates 90 degrees → automatic bundling (vertical direction) → cross shaped forming → power roller sending out → docking customer weighing machine weighing → palletizing robot palletizing. The bundling type is not locked: single track, double track, and cross shaped can be selected according to needs, and those that only need to go in one direction do not need to go through the rotating section.
