1、 Product Features
The 304 stainless steel food and drug specific strapping machine is used for online automatic strapping in food and drug workshops, directly connected to the customer existing packaging production line: after the front-end sealing machine completes the sealing, the box enters the machine for fully automatic strapping, and then is transported out by the machine s built-in belt. Unbound boxes are synchronously transported into the machine, forming a continuous operation without the need for manual box handling and transportation.
The equipment consists of a gantry frame, bundling machine head, feeding belt conveyor, and touch screen control system. Key parts such as the frame and gantry frame are made of 304 stainless steel.
The workflow is as follows: the front-end sealing machine completes the sealing process → the box body is transported into the machine → the touch screen preset bundling program (commonly used by customers with dual channels) → the gantry frame automatically sends and tightens the belt to the set tension → hot melt bonding, cutting the belt → the machine body belt conveyor sends out the bundled box body → the unbound box body continues to be transported into the machine → continuous online operation.
