As an important equipment on the production line, the stable operation of the fully automatic servo baler directly affects production efficiency. Proper daily maintenance can effectively reduce the occurrence rate of failures and extend the service life of equipment. Here are several key points for daily maintenance.

Cleaning work cannot be ignored
During long-term operation of the equipment, debris and dust from the packaging belt may accumulate in the gaps between components, which may affect mechanical transmission and sensor sensitivity. After daily work, wipe the surface of the machine body with a dry soft cloth and clean the debris in the gaps of gears, guide rails, etc. with compressed air; Clean the photoelectric sensor lens weekly to avoid detection errors caused by oil stains or dust obstruction; For the feeding channel, it is necessary to regularly wipe it with a specialized cleaning agent to prevent the packing belt from slipping and affecting the feeding accuracy.
Regular lubrication ensures smooth transmission
The bearings, gears, chains and other moving parts of the equipment need to be regularly lubricated according to the instructions. Before lubrication, the oil and impurities on the surface of the components should be cleaned first, and then the appropriate type of lubricating oil or grease should be selected to avoid mixing different types of lubricants. For example, chain transmission parts can use chain specific lubricating oil, while bearing parts are suitable for using lubricating grease. Check the lubrication condition once a month to ensure that the components operate flexibly.
Inspection and adjustment of key components
Before starting up daily, it is necessary to check whether the guide wheel of the packing belt is worn and whether its position is offset. If grooves or rotation jamming are found on the wheel body, it should be replaced in a timely manner; Check the wear status of the cutting blade and hot stamping head. Blunt cutting edges can cause incomplete cutting of the packaging tape, and oxidation on the surface of the hot stamping head can affect the welding effect, requiring regular polishing or replacement. In addition, it is necessary to check the tightness of the belt. If it is too loose, it will cause the conveyor belt to be weak, and if it is too tight, it will increase the motor load. It should be adjusted to the appropriate tension according to the actual situation.
Maintenance of electrical system
Regularly check the connection of power and signal lines for firmness, any signs of damage or aging, and promptly address any issues found; The buttons and indicator lights on the control panel should remain sensitive. If there is a malfunction or abnormal indication of the buttons, the circuit should be checked or components replaced; As a core component, servo motors should avoid overload operation. Monthly checks should be conducted to ensure that the motor cooling fan is working properly and to ensure good heat dissipation.
Standardized operation and environmental control
Operators must strictly follow the operating procedures when using equipment to avoid component damage caused by misoperation. At the same time, the environment in which the equipment is located should be kept dry and ventilated to avoid high temperature, humidity, or corrosive gas erosion. In workshops with high levels of dust, protective covers can be installed to reduce dust intrusion; In low temperature environments during winter, preheating can be carried out before starting up to avoid mechanical components from becoming stiff due to low temperatures and affecting operation.
By doing the above maintenance points well, the fully automatic servo baler can always maintain a good condition, providing a guarantee for the stable operation of production. During the maintenance process, it is necessary to establish detailed records, timely discover equipment operation patterns and potential problems, and achieve early prevention and early handling.
