Money paper, banknotes, and practice notes must be tied together in bricks before leaving the factory: hundreds to thousands of sheets per brick should be neatly stacked, loose during transportation, and tightly tied to scratch the paper surface and curl the edges and corners. The traditional belt tying machine is only capable of tying a small stack of paper into a waistband, and the thick brick bundles are not tight enough, and the belt strength is also insufficient.

This machine is customized for this scenario: a money paper positioning fixture is installed on the tabletop, and once the paper bricks are placed into the fixture, the position is unified - the foot pedal starts, the machine automatically feeds and tightens to the set strength, hot melt adhesives, and cuts the tape, with a speed of 1.8 seconds per pass.
