1、 Product Features

Irregular cardboard is fluffy and difficult to bundle, mainly due to the inconvenience of manual bundling: irregular shape, inability to hold with one hand, and time-consuming and laborious winding and knotting. What about using a manual strapping machine or a regular strapping machine? Similarly, it is not possible - packaging is prone to looseness and fluffiness, and one side cannot press down on the fluffiness and rebound. Once bundled, it will still be loose during transportation. Only a double pressure strapping machine that simultaneously applies pressure on both sides does not have to worry about: pressing tightly and tying firmly.

This machine is customized for this scenario: a set of side double pressure mechanisms (cylinder diameter 63 × 300mm, 0.8MPa air source) are installed on both sides of the tabletop. The goods are placed on the tabletop, and the left and right sets of pressure plates are simultaneously pushed towards the middle to compact and shape the fluffy material. In the pressed state, the machine automatically feeds and tightens the tape to the set strength, performs hot melt bonding, cuts the tape, and first presses and then bundles it without rebounding.

Scope of goods: Irregular cardboard with a width of 100-400mm and a height of 100-550mm; It is recommended that the weight of a single piece should be within 80kg of the panel load-bearing capacity.

Pressing stroke: The pressing plate stroke is 300mm, and materials with large differences in fluffiness can also be pressed into place; The gas source needs to be 0.8MPa.

Strip selection: Choose one of PP strips 5/8/12/15mm (thickness 0.25-0.9mm), and cardboard narrow strips are more suitable.

Power supply: 220V 50HZ ordinary socket power supply; The whole machine is 1.6 meters long, with reserved space for the action of the pressure plates on both sides.
