1、 Product Features

After the steel wire ring (steel cable ring) is pressed into shape, the ring body still carries rebound stress - it is manually wound with iron wire and packing tape, and two people need to cooperate to hold the ring and pull the tape tightly, which may damage the surface of the steel wire, and loosen it slightly, causing rebound and scattering during transportation.

This machine is a customized wire ring tying machine for customers: manually place the pressed steel ring on the table, align it against the positioning baffle → push the loose ring body from the side with a cylinder diameter of 32 × 275mm, compact it tightly against the tying reference surface → start the foot pedal → the machine automatically sends and tightens the belt to the set strength, hot melt and adheres it, cuts the belt → and then takes it out.

The key lies in the molding: at the moment when the zip tie is tightened, the circular ring is pressed into an 8-shaped shape, and the rebound force of the ring is locked by the strap and no longer spreads apart; The bundled steel rings are arranged one after another, and the packing and stacking are neat, saving transportation space. 2.0 seconds per pass, adjustable strength levels 1-9, and constant temperature for the hot stamping head.
