1、 Product Features

The goods of custom furniture factories and door and window factories have a common characteristic: long. More than two meters of door panels, full-length window frames, and entire profiles - ordinary strapping machine tables cannot fit them, and gantry frames cannot enter, so only a few people can lift and wrap the straps.

This machine is a customized ultra long model for this scenario: the entire machine is 2.84 meters long, and the 2200 * 500 in the model is the actual bundling area - the gantry opening is 2.2 meters wide and 0.5 meters high, and the entire long cargo within 2.1 meters is directly covered without disconnection or flipping in the middle. The goods are placed on the unpowered roller table and gently pushed to the binding position - the induction mode automatically starts, or the foot pedal or manual start, the machine automatically feeds, tightens to the set strength, hot melt adhesives, and cuts the tape in one go.

Tightness controllable: Binding force of 1-9 levels+constant temperature of hot stamping head, with the same tightness for each layer, not relying on hand feel.

5、 Applicable specifications and selection suggestions

Scope of goods: The bundling area is 2200 wide and 500mm high (with the opening of the gantry), and the actual bundled goods are 600-2100mm wide and 200-450mm high (leaving room for operation); It is recommended that the weight of a single piece should be within 80kg of the panel load-bearing capacity (customizable reinforcement is available).

Strip selection: For door panels, profiles, and other surfaces that are sensitive to scratching, choose PP strips with good flexibility (0.55-0.9mm); For heavier and higher tensile requirements, choose PET plastic steel tape (0.6-0.9mm). Choose between a bandwidth of 12mm or 15mm.

Tabletop and Venue: The tabletop height is adjustable from 700mm to 850mm, and can be customized to fit your production line height; The body is 2.84 meters long, just leave a passage for incoming and outgoing goods.

Power supply: 220V 50HZ ordinary workshop socket power supply, no gas source required.
