1、 Product Features

There are two major difficulties in bundling oversized items: one is that ordinary bundling machines cannot fit on the table, and large items over two meters cannot enter the gantry, so they can only be disassembled and bundled in batches; The second issue is that the tension of the PP belt is insufficient - large and heavy goods are heavy themselves, and the tension of the PP belt is limited. When bundling, it becomes tight, and when transported, it bounces back and loosens, requiring reinforcement halfway through.

This machine is customized for this scenario: the entire machine is 2.95 meters long, and the 2400 * 600 in the model is the actual bundling area - the gantry opening is 2.4 meters wide and 0.6 meters high, and large items ranging from 1 meter to 2.3 meters wide are fully covered without disconnecting or flipping in the middle. Place the goods on the unpowered roller table and gently push them away; Induction mode: automatic belt loading upon arrival, or foot pedal or manual start, 2.8 seconds per track.

The customized bundling machine for ultra long and large items (with a 2.4-meter bundling area connecting the large goods) uses PET plastic steel tape for strapping (with a width of 12/15mm and a thickness of 0.6-0.9mm): strong tensile strength, impact resistance, and good tension retention.
